Physical Wellness Schedule


This session pairs resistance training with intentional focus, strengthening the body while sharpening awareness. As muscles engage and resistance increases, clarity follows—building strength, endurance, and discipline from the inside out. Expect to leave grounded, aligned, and equipped to move through the week with purpose and revelation.

Tuesday | 6:00 PM — Revelation & Resistance


Thursday’s class focuses on building strength, stability, and stamina. Expect muscle engagement that supports posture, boosts metabolism, and improves functional movement. This session challenges the body to grow stronger while reinforcing discipline, resilience, and consistency.

Thursday | 6:00 PM — Strength & Endurance


Start your weekend by charging your body and spirit. This high-energy session wakes up the muscles, increases endurance, and accelerates results from the week’s work. You’ll leave empowered, energized, and aligned—carrying momentum, confidence, and visible progress into the week ahead.

  • Cleveland is known as the home of Rock & Roll. BOC Wellness is located in Twinsburg, Ohio—a charming city in Summit County situated halfway between Cleveland and Akron. Twinsburg is best known for hosting the annual Twins Days Festival, the world’s largest gathering of twins and multiples, drawing visitors from around the globe.     Commitment to three-days weekly of physical well-being to ignite your momentum and elevate your performance. Weekly each member will receive a 5-pack juice cleanse. This powerful program combines strength training, heart-pumping cardio, dynamic flexibility work, and intentional recovery to deliver full-body results and sustainable transformation.
